We’ve had a fantastic response to our Farming Grants and Funding 2026: What Farmers Need to Know workshop series, with strong attendance and great engagement from farmers across Cornwall.
Our first session, held on Tuesday at Hayle Rugby Club, welcomed an impressive 62 attendees, alongside representatives from the Rural Payments Agency. The session was expertly hosted by Louise Davis and Edward Richardson, creating an engaging and informative evening for all involved.
We followed this with a second workshop on Thursday at Blisland Village Hall, where 23 farmers joined us, along with an RPA representative. This session was led by Louise Davis and Charlie Penna, and again sparked valuable discussion and participation.
We’d like to extend a big thank you to The Royal Countryside Fund for supporting and funding this workshop series, this programme is already making a real difference. We’re also grateful to Hayle Rugby Club and Blisland Village Hall for hosting us, as well as Philps for providing pasties on both evenings. Thank you also to Claire Hosken Photography who joined us to document the Hayle workshop.
