How we can help your family.

We pride ourselves on our work with farming families, and we are always keen to make sure that everyone has their voice heard. We often act as a mediator, helping to try and resolve family issues or arguments. Feedback we have had from farmers where we have mediated is that having a third party in the room helps to make sure that everyone gets a say, they are encouraged to be respectful of each other, and that they felt more confident in being able to say things which they had previously struggled to voice. We have seen many a damaged relationship repaired, which in turns helps to secure the future of the farm and takes some of the stress away from a business.

We are also able to work with those who farm on their own and are uncertain what the future might look like. There are always options and we can support people to make decisions – we are independent and unbiased, and we will not force any option on any farm.

We can also help with succession planning and preparing for the future – whatever that may look like. This often might include partnerships, housing issues, employment, retirement etc. No two farms are the same, and no circumstances are the same.
