About Farm Cornwall

For nearly 25 years the charity Farm Cornwall has been supporting the farming community across the length and breadth of Cornwall. Over the years Farm Cornwall has built a solid and trusted reputation in helping with financial, farming business, relationship and health issues with over 600 farms supported. That’s one new farm every fortnight! With their deep understanding of the changing and challenging world of farming in Cornwall the charity is committed to meeting the increasingly complex issues facing our industry and those involved in it.

Vision - what we are about

Our vision is that everyone in the farming community in Cornwall and Isles of Scilly should be able to live free from hardship and poverty in a community built on inclusiveness and connections and free from isolation with the best possible opportunities for health and wellbeing.

Mission - how we do it

Farm Cornwall will work towards achieving its vision by;

  • Becoming the key contact point for people in the farming community seeking information and support across the whole of Cornwall
  • Continuing to deliver expert, confidential  and timely outreach work
  • Developing a range of activities to engage members of the Farming community in tackling isolation with particular reference to ‘hard to reach’ groups
  • Seeking the views of the beneficiaries in the farming community and developing new services to meet need
