Finance is an area we deal with on many farms across Cornwall, and we spend much of our time supporting farms to really get to grips with their business, understand income and outgoings, and understand where the business viability lies. We can provide cash flows and profit and loss calculations, as well as forecast budgets. We have good relationships with all the banks and are able to act as a liaison between a bank manager and a farm, and we also have established relationships with many of the common creditors within the industry, eg feed merchants, contractors, vets, machinery dealers etc. We commonly address debt issues on farm, and can help to set up repayment plans where needed.

We also have direct links with the RPA so we can help to resolve any disputes in a timely way, and we’ll do everything we can to make sure that repayments and penalties are avoided.

We have a very good relationship with TFA and can provide advice on tenancy matters, disputes and new agreements.
