Farming Grants and Funding 2026: What Farmers Need to Know - Hayle

Farm Cornwall is hosting a series of workshops across Cornwall to update farmers on the latest government announcements on grants and funding opportunities for 2026.

The sessions will cover SFI, Capital Grants and FETF, as well as advice on preparing for upcoming scheme application windows. We will also outline other funding opportunities including Farming in Protected Landscapes and Forest for Cornwall.

The workshops will be delivered by Farm Cornwall advisers Louise Davis and Edward Richardson, who will share practical advice and guidance to help farmers navigate the process and prepare for upcoming opportunities.

The workshops are open to anyone who is actively farming. Booking is essential so that we can plan numbers and catering accordingly.

These workshops are free to attend thanks to support from The Royal Countryside Fund, with refreshments provided.

Trelawny Farmers Club (formerly Next Generation) invites you to a social evening at the Star Inn, Crowlas, featuring a brewery tour hosted by PZ Brewery.

The evening kicks off with a guided tour from 7–8pm, where you’ll get an insight into the brewing process, followed by food, drinks and plenty of time to catch up, meet new people and enjoy a good night out with others from across Cornwall’s farming community.

This is a social get together for people aged 25–45+ who are working in or connected to farming in Cornwall. Whether you’ve been to previous events or are joining for the first time, it’s a great opportunity to meet or catch up with like-minded people.

This event is intended for those actively involved in farming or connected to the agricultural sector in Cornwall.
